Users utilizing the website at the above URL and completing the user registration will be assumed to have accepted the website's TOU.
The website's TOU shall always give authority to ASAHI TEC VIETNAM CO., LTD. for any alterations and addition to the content of the website and without any obligation to inform the website users of such alteration/additions in advance.
1. Definition
- We: J-WORK and ASAHI TEC VIETNAM CO., LTD. who manages J-WORK.
- User: Individuals or corporations who utilize the website (http://www.nhanluctoancau.com.vn).
- Recruiter: Corporations, etc. which seek potential employees through the registration of their details on the Website as members.
- Job seeker: individuals who seek employment through registering themselves on the Website as members and who utilize the services of the Website.
- Member: Recruiters as defined in 1.3 and Job seeker as defined in 1.4.
- Personal information: A User's information.
2. Rights and Obligations of the User
2.1 Rights:
- An individual or a corporation may register for an account at http://www.nhanluctoancau.com.vn and become a member.
- The User can access the Website and browse the information provided.
- A Member of the Website may acquire rights equal to those of each Member. (Membership can be of more than one type dependant upon the type of registration.)
- A Member may forward his/her/their opinions to the Website (http://www.nhanluctoancau.com.vn) in order to improve the Website.
- A Member of the Website may withdraw his/her/their membership.
2.2 Obligations:
- A Member of this Website must keep his/her/their own user name and password safe and must NOT leak non-disclosed information to others.
- A Member of the Website must ensure the accuracy of the entire information he/she/they provide(s) at the time of creating an account and the information which is uploaded to the Website.
- If a User attempts to communicate/exchange information with another User of the Website, each User must take responsibilities for his/her/their actions.
2.3 Prohibitions:

- The use of information, data and/or screen images, found on the Websites which are associated with illegal activities, at the Website.
- Copying or amending the Website's code.

- Knowingly uploading software, etc. (including viruses) which has the potential to cause loss or damage to the Website.
- Knowingly conducting oneself improperly, etc. which has the potential to cause loss or damage to the computer system of the Website.
- A User knowingly preventing other Users from accessing the website through improper conduct.
- Uploading data (including of a sexual nature), which is banned by laws, on the Website and/or sending such information to another User.
- Conducts, etc. to deliberately adversely affect J-WORK through the acquisition of the Website's membership qualification.
3. Other Terms and Conditions
3.1 Copyrights
- Copyrights of all content/data of the website (everything from HTML coding to the color schemes of the Website, images, cartoons and illustrations) shall remain the property of ASAHI TEC VIETNAM CO., LTD.
- All Users are prohibited from using such data for commercial purposes, without obtaining prior permission from ASAHI TEC VIETNAM Co., LTD.
- We may use all information Users register with us.
- We shall not bear any costs regarding copyrights or any materials, including data and screen images, which Users have provided to us.
3.2 Liability Terms
- A User's information may not be accurate, if the User has faced some restrictions regarding the use of the Website due to the User's network environment. Considering the possibility of such circumstances, we cannot indemnify the accuracy of our User's information.
- We cannot indemnify the stable running of the Website in continuity. Moreover, we cannot indemnify for any loss or damage a User may suffer, through the use of the Website.
- With regard to access links such as banners on the website, we cannot indemnify the safety of the linked sites. Moreover, we cannot guarantee that such linked sites provide contents, which meets the desires of the User who accessed such sites through the use of link buttons on the Website.
3.3 Security Terms
- Users are requested to manage/delete any cookies with regard to the use of the Website, themselves.
- Confidentiality is strictly maintained for all information other than information that is disclosed by the Users, themselves. The User must keep his/her/their User name and Password safe. In such cases where the User shares a PC with others, please ensure you logout after each use.
- If we ever need to send a User's information to a third party, it will only be so in such cases of a Recruiter or a Job seeker has requested us to do so.
- We guarantee that we shall never use a User's information for commercial use without obtaining prior permission from the User concerned.
- In such cases where we are obligated to disclose a User's information under the provisions of the laws of Vietnam, we may have to provide the requested information to the government and other authorities as provided for by law.
